- PTA Homepage management
We will introduce PTA activities by creating and updating the PTA Homepage, which is separate from the “Public Pages” and “Member Pages”. Also, we have both Japanese pages and English pages because of our multicultural environment, and the pages are released at the same time.
- Store letters from the PTA and School
Access the letters from the PTA and School (not all) anytime you need.
Those are stored on “Member Page” in PDF format.
- Translate Japanese letters to English
We translate Japanese letters from the PTA and School to English when letters are published and then we store them in PDF format on “Member Pages”.
- Send PTA Homepage update information from X(formerly Twitter)
Send Homepage update information in Japanese and English from X(formerly Twitter).
- Request manuscripts from each committee
We request manuscripts and photos of school events from each committee to post
them on the committee’s introduction page.
- Annual schedule, frequency of committee meeting, etc.
Our regular meeting is supposed to be held once every two months,
and each team will normallywork on their tasks. We will mainly have remote meetings because of the current situation.
- Activities report
In 2021, we streamed videos of Sports Day and seminars for limited periods.
In addition to documents release, it was our new challange.
*It was requested from the School and other committees.
- Message from committee members
We exchange much information about the School and students through the activities of the Website Committee. Someone shares letters from the School instead of our own children.
Creating homepages, X(formerly Twitter), Video streaming, IT Security, Server, IT infrastructure service etc.: If you have knowledge of or experience with these areas, your help would be greatly appreciated!
If you are strong in both Japanese and English, are a translator, or use both
Japanese and English for your work, we are welcome to join!
You can do each task at home at your own pace!
